Who we are

Kemdrix Studio operates the website at kemdrix-studio.io and is the data controller for information collected through it. Operating location: La Cala de Mijas, Calanova Golf, Spain. Contact for data matters: hello@kemdrix-studio.io.

What we collect

Two categories of data may be collected.

Enquiry data, when a visitor uses the contact form or sends an email. This includes the information the visitor chooses to share: name, email address, business context, website status, audience, timing, budget range and any free-text message.

The contact form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io), an EU- and US-served form processor. Formspree receives the submission and forwards it to the studio inbox at hello@kemdrix-studio.io. The kemdrix-studio.io server does not store enquiry data; the only retained copy is the resulting email in the studio inbox. A resilience fallback opens a draft in the visitor's email client if Formspree is temporarily unreachable.

Technical data, when a visitor loads any page. This includes standard request data such as page URL, approximate region, device class and timestamp. Analytics that personally identify a visitor are only loaded after explicit consent through the cookie banner.

Why we collect it

Enquiry data is used solely to decide whether the project is suitable, prepare a proposal and reply to the visitor. It is not used for marketing or shared with third parties.

Technical and analytics data, when consented, is used to understand which pages serve international visitors well and to improve the website over time. It is not used to build advertising profiles.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for the duration of the conversation and any resulting project, plus the legal record-keeping period that applies to professional services in Spain. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.

Technical data with consent is retained at the analytics provider with a default short retention window. Without consent, technical data is not stored beyond what the hosting platform requires for operations.

Your rights

Visitors located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom may exercise the standard data subject rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise any of these, email hello@kemdrix-studio.io. The studio responds within a reasonable timeframe and at no cost.

Visitors retain the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection regulator in their jurisdiction.

Sub-processors

The website is hosted on a managed cloud edge service. Email is delivered through Hostinger and forwarded to Gmail for operational handling. Analytics, when consented, run through Google Analytics 4. Sub-processors are limited to what is needed to operate the site, answer enquiries and improve the website.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the studio, the website and the law evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised last-updated date.
